Terms of Use

Last updated: August 27, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of struxafl.com, operated by STRUXA Construction & Development, LLC. By using this site you agree to them. They do not govern construction work itself — that is governed by the written contract you sign before any work begins.

1. Website use

You may use this site to learn about our services and to request an estimate. You agree not to use it to transmit unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, submit automated or fraudulent form entries, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or interfere with its operation.

2. Information is general, not a quote

Descriptions of services, scopes, timelines, and processes on this site are general information about how we work. They are not an offer, a price quote, or a guarantee that a specific scope applies to your property. Only a written estimate or contract signed by STRUXA is binding.

3. Estimate requests

Submitting a form does not create a contract and does not reserve a place in our schedule. We may decline any project. Estimates are prepared after a walkthrough, are valid for the period stated on the estimate document, and may be revised if conditions concealed at the time of the walkthrough are discovered — for example structural damage, non-compliant wiring, or hidden water intrusion. Any such revision is documented in writing as a change order before the work proceeds.

4. Licensing and insurance

STRUXA is a licensed and insured Florida contractor. Our license number, general liability certificate, and workers’ compensation certificate are available on request before you sign anything. We perform only work permitted under our license and applicable local jurisdiction rules.

Florida law requires certain notices in residential construction contracts, including notices regarding construction liens and, where applicable, the Florida Homeowners’ Construction Recovery Fund. Those notices are provided with your contract.

5. Photography and project documentation

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio. If you would prefer your project not be photographed or published, tell us in writing and we will honor that. We do not publish customer addresses, and we do not publish images of a project before it is complete without permission.

6. Intellectual property

The STRUXA name, logo, site design, copy, and graphics are owned by STRUXA Construction & Development, LLC and may not be copied, republished, or used to market other contracting services. Third-party trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-party services and links

This site uses third-party services including Web3Forms for form delivery and Google Fonts for typography, and may link to external sites. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

8. Disclaimer

This site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, engineering, architectural, or code- compliance advice for your specific property.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, STRUXA is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or lost data. This limitation applies to website use only; liability for construction work is governed by your signed contract and applicable Florida law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold STRUXA harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of this site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

12. Changes and severability

  • We may update these Terms at any time; the revised version applies from the date posted above.
  • If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
