Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information STRUXA Construction & Development, LLC ("STRUXA," "we," "us") collects through struxafl.com, why we collect it, who it is shared with, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it. If anything here is unclear, call (407) 444-1653 or email info@struxafl.com and ask us directly.

1. Who we are

STRUXA Construction & Development, LLC is a Florida limited liability company operating as a licensed general contractor serving Orlando and Central Florida. We operate this website to describe our services and to receive estimate requests from prospective customers.

Contact for all privacy matters: info@struxafl.com or (407) 444-1653. We are a service-area business and do not receive visitors at a physical office.

2. Information you give us through our forms

Our website has two forms: a full estimate request form and a short quick-estimate form. Submitting either is voluntary. When you submit one, we receive only the fields you complete:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address (full form only)
  • Property type — residential or commercial (full form only)
  • Service needed, selected from a list
  • Project address, city, or ZIP code
  • Project details you type into the free-text field
  • Preferred contact method — phone, text, or email (full form only)

Please do not include sensitive information in the project details field. We never need your Social Security number, date of birth, financial account numbers, payment card numbers, or health information in order to prepare an estimate.

3. Information collected automatically

Our website is a static site with no user accounts and no login. We do not set advertising or profiling cookies of our own, and we do not sell data. Standard technical information is processed by our hosting provider and, where applicable, by advertising or analytics services we use:

  • Server logs from our hosting provider, which may include IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps, used for security and reliability
  • Web font delivery via Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser in order to serve the font files
  • Form delivery via Web3Forms, which processes your submission in order to email it to us
  • If and when we run Google Ads or Google Analytics, those services may set cookies to measure ad clicks and site usage; you can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and adssettings.google.com

4. How we use your information

We use the information you submit only to:

  • Contact you about the project you asked us about, using the method you indicated
  • Prepare, send, and revise a written estimate or bid
  • Schedule a site walkthrough and, if you hire us, perform and document the work
  • Pull permits and coordinate inspections when your project requires them
  • Keep records required for licensing, insurance, warranty, tax, and legal purposes
  • Reply to questions, complaints, or requests you send us

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

5. Text messages and calls

If you provide a phone number and select phone or text as your preferred contact method, you consent to being contacted at that number about your project request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts, or tell us on a call and we will note it. We do not send marketing text blasts.

6. Who processes or receives your information

We share information only with service providers that make this site and our operations work, and only to the extent needed:

  • Web3Forms — processes form submissions and delivers them to our email inbox
  • Our email provider — receives and stores the message containing your submission
  • Our website hosting provider — serves the site and maintains security logs
  • Google Fonts — serves typeface files to your browser
  • Trade partners and suppliers — receive only the project details needed to quote or perform a specific portion of your work, such as the property address
  • Permitting authorities — receive project and property information required by law when a permit application is filed
  • Professional advisors, insurers, or authorities — where required by law, subpoena, or to establish or defend legal claims

7. How long we keep it

Estimate requests that do not become projects are retained for up to 24 months so we can find your prior request if you contact us again, then deleted. Records for completed projects — contracts, scope documents, permits, inspections, invoices, and warranty records — are retained for the period required by Florida law, insurance requirements, and applicable statutes of limitation. You may ask us to delete anything not subject to a legal retention requirement at any time.

8. How to access, correct, or delete your information

Email info@struxafl.com with the subject line “Data Request,” or call (407) 444-1653. Tell us which you want:

  • A copy of the information we hold about you
  • A correction to inaccurate information
  • Deletion of your information
  • To stop being contacted entirely

Include the name, phone number, or email address you used so we can locate your record. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep records we are legally required to retain — if so, we will tell you what we kept and why.

9. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to the inbox that receives submissions is limited to STRUXA personnel who need it and is protected by strong passwords and multi-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by Florida law.

10. Children

This website is intended for adults seeking construction services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact info@struxafl.com and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party pages such as review platforms, mapping services, or manufacturer product pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

12. Your Florida and U.S. rights

Depending on your state of residence you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of your personal information, and a right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We honor these requests for all site visitors regardless of state, using the process in Section 8. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described in this section. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
