Florida sun and afternoon rain are brutal on exteriors. We specify coatings rated for this climate and apply them at the manufacturer's film thickness, not thinned to stretch a gallon.

Two finish coats over prepared surface as standard, plus primer on bare or patched areas. Dramatic color changes may need a tinted primer, which we call out in the estimate.
Yes. We move and center furniture, cover it, and protect floors with drop cloths or rosin paper. Fragile and high-value items should be relocated by the homeowner beforehand.
We specify professional-grade lines from Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore by default and list the exact product and sheen on the estimate. If you prefer another brand, we will price it.
Yes. Cabinet refinishing requires degreasing, sanding, a bonding primer, and a sprayed finish to avoid brush marks. We remove doors and spray them off site or in a masked area.
