Almost every flooring failure traces back to the subfloor. Slabs that are out of level telegraph through plank, moisture in concrete lifts adhesive, and unaddressed movement cracks tile grout within a season.
STRUXA prepares the substrate before a single box is opened: moisture testing on slab, leveling compound where required, and correct underlayment for the product being installed.
We install throughout Orlando and Central Florida on both occupied homes and commercial spaces, and we sequence the work so rooms come back into service in the order you need them.

We can move standard furniture as part of the scope. Pianos, safes, aquariums, and wall-mounted electronics are excluded and should be handled by a specialist before we start.
Yes, for most homes. LVP handles Central Florida humidity better than laminate and installs over concrete slab without acclimation issues, provided the slab is level and moisture-tested first.
LVP and hardwood are walkable immediately. Tile needs roughly 24 hours after setting and another 24 to 72 hours after grouting before heavy furniture returns.
Sometimes, but we rarely recommend it. Overlaying raises floor height at doors and transitions and hides substrate problems. We evaluate and tell you plainly which approach is worth the money.
Yes. We remove and reinstall existing baseboard, or supply and install new trim with caulk and paint touch-up as a separate line item on the estimate.
