Construction & Remodeling in Dr. Phillips, FL

Dr. Phillips work is largely late-1980s through early-2000s luxury housing that has aged past its finishes. Bay Hill, Sand Lake Point, Turtle Creek, and Phillips Landing homes are structurally sound with generous footprints, but they carry oversized garden tubs nobody uses, closed-off kitchens, and heavy builder millwork that reads dated.

Most of what we do here is reconfiguration rather than expansion: converting tub-and-shower baths into large walk-in wet rooms, opening kitchens to family rooms, rebuilding primary closets, and finishing pool decks and summer kitchens along the Butler Chain corridor. Golf-community HOAs around Bay Hill require submittals and enforce work-hour limits, so we file early and schedule inside them.
