About STRUXA
A New Company, Built on Old Standards
STRUXA Construction & Development, LLC was formed in Florida to fix a specific, familiar problem: construction projects that start with a handshake number and end with an argument.
Most homeowners and tenants in Central Florida have the same story. A verbal quote, a crew that changes weekly, a price that moves after demolition, and no single person who can explain what happens next. The work itself is rarely the failure — the communication is.
We built STRUXA around the opposite structure. Every project begins with a documented walkthrough and an itemized written scope. One point of contact owns the job from the first conversation to the final inspection. Permits are pulled under our license, not the client’s name, and every inspection is scheduled by us.
We are also direct about being new. We do not claim decades of history we do not have, and we do not publish testimonials we did not earn. What we offer instead is verifiable: an active Florida license, current insurance, references you can call, and a scope document you can hold us to.

Who You Work With
Small Team, No Handoffs
Ownership & Project Direction
Field-led leadership
STRUXA is owner-operated. The person who prices your project is the person on site during it — the estimate and the execution never get handed to two different departments.
Trade Crews
Vetted, insured trades
Framing, electrical, plumbing, tile, and finish work are performed by crews we have verified: license status, insurance, and prior work reviewed before they ever touch a client property.
Coordination
Permits & inspections
Permit applications, revisions, and inspection scheduling are handled in-house across Orange, Seminole, and Osceola county jurisdictions — not pushed back onto the homeowner.
What Makes Us Different
Three Commitments, In Writing
Written Scope, Always
Before anything is demolished you receive an itemized scope: what is included, what is excluded, what the allowances are, and what triggers a change order. If it is not in writing, we do not expect you to pay for it.
One Point of Contact
You get one person who answers the phone, walks the site, and owns the schedule from estimate to punch list. No relay of subcontractor phone numbers, no "I'll have to check with the other crew."
Licensed, Insured, Permitted
We pull permits under our own license and schedule every required inspection. You can request our license number, general liability certificate, and workers' compensation certificate at any point — before you sign anything.
Ask Us Anything
