Organized electrical rough-in with conduit in open framing

Electrical

Panels, circuits, lighting, and code-compliant rough-ins coordinated with the rest of the build.

Overview

Electrical in Orlando & Central Florida

Electrical work is where corner-cutting becomes dangerous rather than merely ugly. Overloaded panels, missing GFCI and AFCI protection, and unpermitted circuits show up on inspection reports and in insurance claims.

STRUXA coordinates licensed electrical work as part of the overall build, so rough-ins land before drywall and lighting layouts are set before ceilings close.

Every circuit we install is permitted, inspected, and labeled at the panel — including the older Orlando homes where the existing service needs to be brought up to current load.

How It Works

Four Steps, Electrical

  1. 01

    Load Review

We check existing service capacity, panel condition, and what the new scope will demand.

  2. 02

    Estimate

Written scope listing devices, circuits, fixtures, and permit fees separately.

  3. 03

    Install

Rough-in, inspection, close-in, then trim-out with fixtures and devices set and tested.

  4. 04

    Walkthrough

We test every device and breaker with you and hand over a labeled panel schedule.

Electrical FAQ

Something not covered here? Call (407) 444-1653 and ask directly — we answer scope questions before you commit to anything.

Nearly always. Panel changes, new circuits, and rough-ins are permitted and inspected. Like-for-like device swaps generally are not. We handle the permit under license when one is required.
