Electrical
Panels, circuits, lighting, and code-compliant rough-ins coordinated with the rest of the build.
Overview
Electrical in Orlando & Central Florida
Electrical work is where corner-cutting becomes dangerous rather than merely ugly. Overloaded panels, missing GFCI and AFCI protection, and unpermitted circuits show up on inspection reports and in insurance claims.
STRUXA coordinates licensed electrical work as part of the overall build, so rough-ins land before drywall and lighting layouts are set before ceilings close.
Every circuit we install is permitted, inspected, and labeled at the panel — including the older Orlando homes where the existing service needs to be brought up to current load.

Nearly always. Panel changes, new circuits, and rough-ins are permitted and inspected. Like-for-like device swaps generally are not. We handle the permit under license when one is required.
Frequent breaker trips, no room for new circuits, scorching or rust inside the panel, or a known problem brand are all indicators. We open the panel and give you a straight assessment.
Yes. Retrofit LED cans install through small ceiling cuts, and we patch and texture-match any drywall we open. We lay out spacing before cutting so the light is even.
Yes. We verify panel capacity, run the dedicated 240V circuit, mount the unit, and pull the permit. Most residential installs finish in a single day when capacity already exists.
We can, though our value shows most when the electrical is coordinated with framing, drywall, and finishes so nothing gets opened twice.
